- Initial assessment -$160
- Individual Psychotherapy - $135 per session.
* Rates will vary based on a person's health insurance, benefits, and actual plan.
Insurance Information
I accept a few insurances namely: Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Evernorth, United Medical Resources (UMR), United HealthCare (UBH). Please be aware that your services may be covered in full or in part by your insurance, depending on which provider and benefits plan you have. Prior to our first meeting, I will look into your insurance to determine how my services will be covered by your insurance. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to know what your coverage, benefits, session limits, deductible, and co-pay amounts are. Please be aware that if your insurance provider/plan has a session limit, any sessions beyond that limit will not be covered by your insurance, and the payments of those services will become your responsible at the regular out-of-pocket rates listed above.
If you have a different insurance provider and would like to work with me, you will have to speak directly to them to inquire as to whether or not they will allow you to see me as an out-of-network provider. If you chose to do so, I will provide you with a receipt of services, which you can then submit to them to get reimbursed.

Payment Information
After we meet for our appointment, I will bill your insurance for you and you will be responsible for any co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible amount owed at the time of service. Payments can be made by cash, check*, or major credit card (i.e., Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). Please note that payment information is required when you schedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
Clients are expected to attend appointments as scheduled unless they provide at least a 24 hours advanced notice. If you do not show for your scheduled appointment ("no-show"), or have not provided a minimum of 24 hours advanced noticed, you will be required to pay 50% of the full cost of the session. This cancellation policy applies to all clients, including those who have insurance. Please be aware that your insurance company will not reimburse for missed appointments.
